Coconut Bircher



Overnight Coconut Oats with Chia and Quinoa

½ cup raw rolled oats

½ tbs chia seeds

½ tbs quinoa

1 tbls shredded coconut

1 tbls fat juicy organic sultanas

1 medijool date chopped

1 tbs Coyo natural yoghurt or coconut cream

½ cup water

Top with anything you have on hand such as sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, goji berries, banana, mango, strawberries or cacao nibs.
