Previous to discovering these tools I was in need of desperate change. It wasn’t until I reached total rock bottom, that out of urgent need I began to look at different ways to heal. This started in the kitchen. I studied holistic health coaching and completely “detoxed” my household and environment. My first yoga teacher training is where I learnt about yoga philosophy and ethical living for ultimate wellbeing. This was my first taste which sparked a passion, and I continue studying healing methods for emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing. I now feel gratitude for the more difficult experiences I have had, for without these I would not be where I am now. It is up to you to decide where your circumstances will take you.
