An abundance of colourful plant food has transformed my own life and health. I am so passionate about this lifestyle, I created Whole Vegan Pantry so that I can share how plant based foods heal the body. I want to share how to prepare wholesome plant meals and delicious treats which you can easily make part of your everyday life.
During my own health journey I was able to heal my Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome which I suffered from for all of my adult life, until I FINALLY made the intuitive switch to a 100% VEGAN DIET. This meant that I said goodbye to severe acne, painful cysts, infertility issues, weight issues, amenorrhea, prescription meds and vertigo.
